Track Every Change

Being able to tell exactly who made what changes, and when they made it is a basic and fundamental feature. Unlike many competitor's systems, ExtraView tracks every change made to every field throughout time -- no compromises. This makes ExtraView a very acceptable solution for applications that demand a high level of audit-ability, such as the US Government FDA regulations known as 21 CFR Part 11.

ExtraView offers two styles of viewing audit history on issues. The fields can be defined and displayed on a standard screen layout. Alternatively, only the fields that been altered from one update to the next may be displayed. This is a more concise format that is mainly useful when update layouts must display hundreds of fields.

Each successive change through time is displayed on a report that is in reverse time order, with the most recent changes appearing first. Color is used to highlight the field values that changed.
