The Keyword Search allows users to perform searches on text data fields and optionally, attachments in your filtered query. If users are searching for phrases or multiple terms, single or double quotes work in a manner similar to most popular Internet search engines.

ExtraView Adverse Event gives the option of using wildcards (*) in searches; this symbol acts as any character you please. For example, if you were looking for all 'Assigned To' personnel that had the letter ‘R‘ as the first letter in their name you would simply type R* in the Assigned To field.
