Workflow

Setting up a workflow is done within administration. The following screenshots show how a workflow is seen on the screen from an end user's perspective, as well as seeing the screen where the workflow can be set up, by user role and for each individual business area and project. ExtraView gives you the ability to set up any status values, and to connect them with any workflow, across multiple user roles and multiple business ares and projects.

Once the workflow is established, users will be notified automatically, whether they are individually named within a list field on the form, or they are participating in an interest list which is triggered by the values within the issue.
